Founded by a mother–daughter team, Pilates Haven is built on a shared passion for Pilates and helping others feel their best.
Our studio is a welcoming space to build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence. Whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, we’re here to support your journey toward better movement and lasting well-being.
Who we are
Meet Pauline
With nearly three decades of experience in group fitness and over 15 years dedicated to Pilates, Pauline brings both expertise and heart to every class. She began her teaching journey at the Orchard Leisure Centre in Armagh and Richhill Recreation Centre before branching out to work independently.
Driven by a passion for helping others feel better, move better, and—where possible—live pain-free, Pauline creates a supportive and welcoming space for everyone, no matter their starting point.
She believes Pilates is more than just movement—it’s a way of life. And she can’t wait to welcome you into the studio.
Meet Jane
As a mum of four young children, I know the value of movement that builds strength, restores energy, and offers a moment of calm. After years of practising Reformer Pilates myself, I fell in love with its unique ability to challenge the body while releasing tension.
I’m passionate about helping others discover how versatile the reformer can be — from resistance training that pushes your limits to deep stretches that leave you feeling renewed. In my classes, you can expect a supportive atmosphere, a touch of challenge, and plenty of encouragement to see just what your body is capable of.
Meet Ruby
Ruby is a qualified personal trainer and certified instructor in both Vinyasa yoga and mat Pilates. Her approach blends mindful, low-impact movement with a deep understanding of strength training, creating classes that feel both grounding and empowering.
She was drawn to reformer Pilates for its unique balance of resistance, control, and flow—and now brings that same balance into every session she teaches.
At Haven, her classes offer more than just movement—they're an invitation to slow down, feel stronger, and find space to breathe.
